Scott Tobin was born in Boston in 1963 and raised in Sharon, Massachusetts. After 25 years in active addiction, Scott has dedicated and continues dedicating his life to helping the sick and suffering alcoholic/addict.

Scott is presently Co-founder and Program Director of Cape Cod Recovery in Hyannis, MA. Scott brings with him

over 20 years of executive experience in the substance abuse and mental health industry.

In 2008, Scott founded and managed Palm Tree Recovery and Recovery Forever. His primary purpose has always been to offer a comprehensive program to include housing, clinical, and aftercare services to those suffering from addiction and their families. At Palm Tree Recovery, Scott managed 60+ staff members and supervised 120 clients. Scott brings with him extensive experience in corporate strategies, training and staff development.

In June of 2015 Scott and PTR were the first to join and launch the Angel Program with Chief Leonard Campanello of the Gloucester Police Department assisting hundreds of men and women achieve sobriety, become productive members of society, and reunite with their families. Today, the Angel Program in a National initiative.
