Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program rehab center provides fully individualized treatment plans comprised of several different substance abuse & mental health treatment methods. This unique approach to addiction recovery allows us to address every aspect of your substance abuse in a way that works best for you.

CCR offers personalized substance abuse and mental health plans at an affordable price. Our committed staff members work together within a multidisciplinary drug treatment team to design a high-quality Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program that will empower you to take back the reins of your life and create the reality you desire.

In many cases, people struggling with substance abuse disorders have a history of trauma that has directly contributed to their abuse. Oftentimes these traumatic experiences occurred during childhood. The clinicians at our facility have the necessary experience and training to recognize trauma, understand its impact on your life and behaviors, and help you to develop self-awareness so that you may explore those issues and move forward with your life. Our caring staff members mindfully help you engage in this process by providing compassionate and trauma-informed care at all times.

The addiction treatment programs offered at our day treatment and outpatient rehab center in Massachusetts utilize several different types of behavioral therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), contingency management, 12-step facilitation therapy, and family behavior therapy. Each of these behavioral therapies works to modify the attitudes and behaviors surrounding your addiction and improve your ability to handle stressful situations that may trigger relapse. Within your process group, and individual sessions, your clinical counselor will use a combination of these therapeutic practices to address your substance abuse.

Addiction not only effects the individual seeking a day treatment rehab in Massachusetts, but effects the entire family and family dynamic.  Often, this leads the family to feelings of helpless, guilt and confusion.  These changes in the family dynamics can develop into resentment and enabling behavior.

The clinical team at our day treatment and outpatient rehab in Massachusetts encourage client participation in a 12-step program. In working through each of the 12 steps with your peers, you’ll become a part of a community in which everyone can feel safe and heard while learning a new way of living and growing spiritually and emotionally. During this program, you’ll also learn how to evaluate yourself honestly and commit to lasting change that will transform your life.

Physical health plays a very important role in your recovery. Research studies have shown that a healthy exercise and fitness routine can help rebuild and strengthen the nervous system, even after years of damaging substance abuse. Throughout your program at our day treatment and outpatient drug and alcohol rehab center, you will be encouraged to develop a daily exercise routine that matches your needs and skill level. Consistent participation in this routine will help improve your mood, sleep, and quality of life as you simultaneously work to heal your body, mind, and soul.

WHAT A FEW OF OUR CLIENTS THINK ABOUT C.C. RECOVERY

“When I arrived at CCRC I was still kind of stuck on some issues in my life. I was able to continue working on my program and as well my health. I would like to thank Scott & Mirit for giving me this chance to come back home to where my struggles and triggers are and to help me stay strong and positive through these tough times. I can definitely say that a geographical change doesn’t always help. I know my addiction follows me anywhere I go. But knowing every corner of the Cape doesn’t help either. Having the team stand behind me helped me get over these fears.”

“I’ve only been here a few weeks adjusting to the new environment. I started to feel at ease. Meeting all the clients in the house was a good experience. They appeared to be in a comfortable state of mind, I felt accepted. Living here with a scheduled routine daily, morning group therapy, discussions, and AA Meetings daily or at night seem to me I really got the feeling I was part of something.”

“Cape Cod Recovery Center is a wonderful place to continue your journey to recovery. The facilitators are extremely knowledgeable in the area of relapse prevention, the science behind addiction, and the importance of DBT and CBT approaches.”
